They say the tires are designed to reduce damage and are made for golf courses. Do they still cause a lot of damage, do you think? Any experiences?

I had a large maple removed last fall ,they cut the tree from their bucket truck and any limbs that fell onto the lawn they removed just as soon as they fell, most were lowered from the top of the tree with a rope system, tied and cut. Then when they were done they fixed any spots that were made during the removal process they raked the spot where the trunk was and seeded with a Quality blend ,matching the grass already in my yard . I thought this was the way it’s done . I would expect no less as I was and you are the boss
